Q. Where are you located?
A.The office is located at 300 West South Street in Jackson, Mississippi. Visit our Contact page for telephone numbers, maps, and driving directions to our office.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. The office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Q. Can we sublet our apartment?
A. All changes in occupants need to be processed through the Rental Office. You cannot sublet the apartment without following the appropriate procedures through the Rental Office.
Q. How much notice do we need to give when we are ready to move out?
A. We require 30 days notice prior to your move out date.
Q. Do you run a background or credit check prior to approving an application?
A. Yes. We run a background and credit check on all of our applicants.
